Free Community Workout 

COMMUNITY WORKOUT –  Saturdays 8am –  Reserve your space today!

The workout is designed for first timers and, like all CrossFit workouts, can be scaled to any fitness level.  Learn, see, and feel a CrossFit workout and get a taste of what training with us will be like.  No previous CrossFit experience necessary and all fitness levels are welcome.  Workout begins promptly at 8am every Saturday.  Please arrive a 15 minutes early to sign our waiver and to meet our coaches. Bring a large bottle of water and towel. Park and enter behind building #8. Bring a friend!
Although it is rear, we may have class changes on selective weekends due to hosting of seminars, competitions, and off campus events. If you have any questions or would like to reserve a space in class, please email
