Membership Cancellations And Refunds

Please know, we understand that life sometimes gets in the way of what we had planned, and we can’t always anticipate the future. Here at Chino CrossFit, we are adding some new policies and procedures due to the rapid growth of our box.

Effective Immediately
Accounts wishing to be placed on hold will be charged a fee of $36.00 per month. If you are currently on our old Membership pricing and you cancel your membership (not put on hold), and later decide you would like to come back you will be under our new membership pricing. We will not honor old pricing in the system.

All holds require 15-day advanced written notice, and cancellations require 30-day advance written notice, emailed to info@chino-crossfit.com for any changes. NO EXCEPTIONS. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

Missed Classes Policy
There are no refunds, transfers, make-ups or deferments for missed classes. This includes but not limited to Groupon attendance packs.

Class Cancellation Policy
Although it’s rare, Chino CrossFit reserves the right to cancel any class for any reason.
