Here are the steps to starting your fitness journey at Chino CrossFit

FREE Introductory Workout

Participate in the FREE CrossFit Intro workout, meet the coaching staff, and get a tour of the gym. During this session we will explain to you the CrossFit program, teach you a few movements, answer any questions you may have.

Elements Course

Three separate one-on-one training sessions to teach you the proper techniques of all CrossFit movements and lifts, and to introduce you to everything Chino CrossFit.

Join the CCF Family
