For time:
Buy In: 800m run
– Then 2 rounds –
50FT walking lunges
400m run
40 push ups
400m run
50FT handstand walk (100FT bear crawl)
400m run
50 air squats
– Then –
Buy Out: 800m run

Objective: Run 800m at 75% max effort. Push ups: break up into small/fast sets. Air Squat: maintaining steady and consistent pace…just keep moving.
