Here are the steps to starting at Chino CrossFit:

Step 1: FREE Introductory Workout

  •  Fill out our contact us info found on this page to schedule a Free CrossFit Intro class.
  • Participate in the FREE CrossFit Intro workout, meet the coaching staff, and get a tour of the gym.  During this session we will explain to you the CrossFit program, teach you a few movements,answer any questions you may have, and let you try a CrossFit workout scaled to your current fitness level.

STEP 2: Attend our Elements Course. Three separate one-on-one training sessions to teach you the proper techniques of all CrossFit movements and lifts, and to introduce you to everything Chino CrossFit. Call Gabriel at 909.203.0180 to schedule your 1st elements class.

STEP 3: Join the CCF Family! Choose which membership best fits your lifestyle. Memberships start as low as $39 a week. For details see our pricing page.
